We aim to bring the aromas, the flavors and the benefits of the Hellenic herbs to our table, exactly as we find them in their natural environment. Driven with passion and dedication for what we produce, steering through continuous quests and research, we focus to offer herbs that preserve their authenticity, particular aromas and their gifted healing properties. 

This is achieved by the immediate transfer of our handpicked fresh plant material from the farm to the drying chamber nearby and adhering to all the procedures for the proper handling of the dried product. We then "secure" the aroma and benefits of our herbs in special packaging that keeps them fresh until consumption.

In addition to flavors, we emphasize on the cumulative beneficial properties and biological actions of our blends for the human body, to offer, even with consumption of small quantities, a specific nutrition for the protection against diseases while strengthening the immune system.

Our aim and concerns is to offer to the consumer, products of premium quality and unique taste, completely free of pesticides, hormones and chemical additives, in compliance with all the principlesof organic farming. 

Beyond our basic concerns, there is also an ultimate goal that we aim to achieve in the long run. We seek to ecologically awaken each consumer for understanding the importance of the sustainability of natural resources. For to protect the biodiversity and all the natural habitats from overexploitation, we need to reduce or stop the unconsciously collection from the wild of these self-grown herbs. Turning to organic cultivations, that respect the natural environment and its inhabitants will offer mutual beneficial purposes in supply chain. It would be a pity to jeopardize the ability of future generations to meet their own needs from NATURE.
