For our cultivations we were looking for the ideal piece of land in the ideal location. We have chosen the village Monopigado, just 30 km from the city of Thessaloniki, in northern Greece, because of its appropriate altitude and its own microclimate. After the necessary soil analysis and long research, we resulted that the aromatic plants we have chosen could not only settle but thrive in the area with great success, as they flourish naturally in the similar to climate and wild nature soil environment, without any of irrigation needs.
After the proper preparation of our field, doing the necessary processes of plowing and milling at the right season, in order to have the best quality and performance, we carefully selected our plants from a nursery with certified organic plants.
